Manufacturing begins the next day of order and the product is sent on the same day to keep the freshness of Kimchi the most. Fermentation begins during transit. Ice is packed within the package to maximise the freshness.
Once you receive, we would recommend you to slightly open the lid to get the natural carbon dioxide gas out. This releases pressure that builds up within the jar avoiding the leakage or you can put Kimchi in separate air tight container.
Leave Kimchi at least 24 hours in a Room temperature for a proper fermentation and then refrigerate it before serving. ‘Enjoy the healthy live probiotics!’
Fermentation process can be disturbed when it is in constant contact with Oxygen. Therefore, in order to maintain the best condition of your Kimchi, it is best to keep the product in an air tight container and at 0-5 Celcius. Most of our home fridge is below 5 Celcius. We recommend to consume within 15 days of opening the jar.
