. Our trusted courier will deliver your parcel on the next working day with one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don't have to wait at home all day.
Once you receive, leave the Kimchi at room temperature for 3-4 days to be fermented. When you see the bubbles in the jar, you'll know proper fermentation is happening.
(We recommend to slightly open the lid to get the natural gas out once you see these bubbles!)

Once it is fermented, please store the Kimchi in fridge and serve cold!
The fermentation process can be disturbed when it is in constant contact with oxygen. Therefore, in order to maintain the best conditions for your Kimchi, it is best to keep the product in an airtight container and at 0-5 Celcius.
Most of home fridges are below 5 Celcius.
